Lets see ....over the last 8 years they have had 3 name changes, multiple failures at changing business directions, share consolidations
and more cap raises then I can remember and for the 20th time the share price is at record lows

Primary business should Cap raises and shareholder wealth destruction.

Ask any shareholder what their investment is worth now if they had invested when this company was called Motopia ........which was before Cirralto and now Spenda. The answer is absolute and total wealth destruction on an unseen scale. No shareholder deserves this.
