bottome line - due to historic failures, this appears to be going to move up at a snails pace only based on clear concise and consistent fundamentals. a pain in the butt really!

the way they are selling its even gone backwards just now and that makes a little bit of a mockery out of the positive posts of hotcoppers yesterday and today, not that we desrve it etc....behaviour is very different for P3.
