Verry positive info on Lynas, simply wall street., page-2

Here is a chart of ASX price to book value. Noe what run rate was before 2018 , how high it became and how fast it is dropping now. Price to book is probably just one of the reasons why Lynas has changed -23% YTD while ASX 200 has only changed -5.8% YTD. almost a 4 X bigger drop for LYC.

Now many will say that Lynas may recover when market does and I actually think that may be true. It took Amazon 10 years to regain its 2000 price after dot com. After the banking crisis 2008 MS was the only company not to merge or go BK. It is just now back to its 2008 price. It is hard to say what is a fair price to put on the merger of BOA and ML. But by most estimates it is not yet back to its 2007 level. I think
Lynas rebound will be faster than history has shown for others but a quick look at history does not support this idea.

Most companies in 2020 recovered very quickly from mini recession caused by covid. So if you want you can take hope in that but what started the recession was far different than any others.
