only for individuals. if you hold shares in another tax vehicle, there is no threshold.As Mph3011 said, you need to hold shares at risk for 45 days, excluding the buy and sale dates. the 14.29 cents wiskers is the taxable income value per share that will be disclosed in a tax return, but you don't receive 14.29 cents in cash, just the 10cents.
