I am sending a letter to Gunns and I want the insurance information on the conditions that the insurance detail stipulates.

I also want the report from Gunns on what is the status of MY trees and also the Mcgrath Nicholls statement on the condition of my individual lots.

I also want to know if in the insurance if the report comes back that my lots have contributed to the detriment of the land and water table

I also want to know if as a Gunns stated if the maintenance has been completed and that I want all this in writing,not email,not a generic report as it is plainly obvious that it did not stack up in GTP

These are openers,and if you do not take serious enough to ask for it,then you are a fool
