A heavily oversubscribed CR can be good for the SP longer term. If this $ is used right it will fund rapid expansion which will in turn create more demand for the shares - if you are a long termer this is excellent news!
If you are interested in turning a modest profit quickly - go for it.
My recollection of the 27c raise is that the SP was 54c within 3-4 months post that!
