DPS now expected to decline from 15c to 10c next year.
So the current 10% dividend yield is a mirage.
I would be careful even relying on the the broker forecast of 10c per share. With 50% of AOF tenancies all electing to NOT renew their leases and exit, future earnings is very uncertain.
