More so than PR?
Again the question remains who really is to blame here?
IMO PAR highest identified risk now seems to be the Board's relevant experience in IND, executing the clinical trials, NDA and partnering. Being peripherally involved in these these key milestones and processes in your past life is not direct relevant experience IMO.
