Something I found interesting in the prospectus....if the SP hasn't *significantly* increased by december this year (hitting at least 5c) then the directors are going to lose millions of options and a lot of potential gain.

Palermo has 4 million options at 5c, 4 mill at 10c and 4 mill at 15c all exp this year. He'd be pretty determined to get the SP up this year I imagine (and must be pretty confident of it happening).
