In 2020 they were oversubscribed so had to ration allocations proportionally. They were well and truly undersubscribed with this round, so anyone who put in more than their allocation got it.
Will see how things pan out over the coming months.
I've lodged my protest vote as well - I notice they've got some additional promo activity going on until the end of the month and the cloud solution is still in in a free beta nearly 2 months on from the original plan to commercialise.
