It could have a similar business model to WISE where they are able to hold both currencies and instead of actually transferring monies they can match up with money going the other way and keep the rates.

A lot of my friends who came over for Uni would also work a part time job and send money back home, there would obviously be a huge imbalance at first but over time it could iron itself out as these migrants get skilled jobs and send more back home.
