Mate there is no hope an offer of $1.17 per share would have any chance at all of being able to win a takeover offer at such a low price.
Plenty of playing by some smaller shareholders happy to take a small cent margin which does not relate to a proper value even based on the excellent finds the Company has already achieved.
Great time to acquire more shares to hold for 6 months at these levels.
AGM in a couple of days ... all good.
