I would just like to add that my discussion with a Leighton engineer recently on he Hume Highway was not very impressive.
They look like for all intense and purposes just to be going through the motions of creating work for visionstream at the expense of the financiers.
When pressed on their performance across the Nullabor I was told that the schedule was well out of date.
