Metal Storm settles arbitration proceedings
with StarChase LLC

Wednesday, 24 March 2010: Metal Storm Limited (ASX trading code:MST, OTC Symbol: MTSXY).

As first disclosed to the market in the Metal Storm 2008 Annual Report, Metal Storm Inc. had initiated arbitration proceedings in connection with a dispute arising out of a contract with StarChase LLC for the commercialisation of its vehicle tagging technology.
Metal Storm advises that the dispute has now been settled to the Company?s satisfaction prior to the arbitration hearing. The terms of the settlement are confidential.
