BPTs offer sucks. Companies playing chicken; WGO recommends BPT's offer to bait STX to up their price; to bait BPT etc. STX is not falling for it, BPT has no incentive to up theirs; no one is over paying for a nonoperator permit when they think they can get a steal. WGO SH's stuck in the middle of some strange negotiations.
