the way i see it is you cant have a DFS if you havent drilled anything. Therefore after thinking about it all day, my conclusion is the BLM drilling approval is right around the corner...before xmas. Why would Paul set a 1 year deadline. He knows full well not to promiss anything around dates following the 'imminent' debacle. Just a guess but thats my take. DYOR
