You can call it opportunism. I think it’s more trying to get something out of what will likely otherwise be a worthless investment, which is fine by me. I take your point on the takeover conditions, but I find it hard to believe a shares offer won’t also be presented if it all goes ahead. Mainly because $0.07 per share cash won’t cover Karl’s Director loans so he’ll need to take BTH shares and pray they go up! LOL!
