im not sure it is though is it? they made a passing comment in the 4c that they felt confident they would be able to complete a raise before the end of 2022, not sure that means it's already covered.
i know he talks about an interested party acquiring a stake in AAU at a premium although the time line for that appears to be Q1 2023.
