I think you have landed on an accurate assessment here. I reckon most are disillusioned about this business and given up on any hope. most are so far in the negative that even some positive news now won't return the SP to anywhere close to its highs.

I've given up long ago following very questionable activity and my own research. it's very clear to me that the 2 at the top are looking after themselves first (sounds like you have identified this also). How they can justify their excessive pay given the company's performance over the past 2 years is beyond me.

the SP looks cheap for a short term bump, but I'm looking for long term growth stock and have seen enough to not want to touch this one with a 10ft pole.
