I suspect a CR is very close, it would be very unfortunate if the price is creeping up just for the CR to be at a steep discount to market price.

It just makes sense to me, with the resolution to approve a 10% capital raise, and all the speculative commentary from JW on linkedin about UK, and being a unicorn. It's very clear this business will not get organic growth from its main business only through acquistions like chapter two.
