SW.....My friend.....CUE's Management and Lawyers should have said what they said today, almost 3 weeks weeks ago...On the 5th of March, or soon thereafter......
They had ample time since then to talk them (diagreements) over (as they say now, they have...) with MEO...
Of course they were (initial terms and provisions) not acceptable to CUE.....Otherwise they would have signed there and then, like MOG did....
What I am saying is: Those concerns were pointed out and discussed and (I believe) resolved between CUE and MEO in the days after the 5th of March.....Hence, today announcement should have used past, rather than present...Instead of, "They are not acceptable......" should more appropriately have read ....."They were not acceptable....".....
Such a wording, of-course, would have made it abundantly clear that everything is now agreed and signed...Hence their diplomatic (and understandably so...) approach today.....
Cheers:))
