what's good news? whats bad news?

Pardon my ignorance but.....

1. This MEO deal with 'big petro giant' would be good for MOG?

2. On the other hand AFR article - If MEO fails to secure deal with 'big petro giant' and fails to fund hole, lease reverts to mog and cue which is good for MOG?

3. MEO drills without 'big petro giant' which is good for MOG.

Everyone is dumping MOG. Confusing for me but then looking back, I jumped in on MEO a few days pre spud on Zeus 1 at 30c just to see it drop to 20c (aprox can't remember) on spud, then.....and we are months away from drilling this hole. I just cant see this SP actually correlating to anything much.
