This is NOT going to stop at the previous ATH. Put another $1 on top of that. $12 is the next top at least. based on a graph (that doesn't need the lines on it to work...LOL)
and I promised I would not put any graphs until it does it.
Coal propelled civilisation through the industrial revolution and lifted the people from the dark ages. NO baby will ever "fully" eliminate coal.
