re: nab rebuilding the national - our 2004 full ye I can see it now, we'll gradually be flooded in the newspapers and TV with ads declaring the NAB as the caring bank, the understanding bank, the new wholesome bank, blah blah blah.
All the big 4 have treated clients, their bread and butter customers with contempt over recent years and it has me stuffed why people remain "loyal" to them.
Remember the days when you could walk into a bank and all the staff knew you and the manager would come and greet you and ask how your business was going? I left and moved to a Credit Union after dealing with the same bank for over 20 years and was asked to show proof of identity to cash a cheque.
They can make as many "caring" ads as they want, I'd never go back.
