the line about partnership discussions seems very important and combined with the fact that the FDA has given a stamp of approval to what race has been doing this announcement is definitely a big one even if details cant be disclosed.
I wonder if the announcement acts as a a bit of marketing or promotion to potential partners when they state publicly that they are talking to people so if you're interested in partnering get onto it before it's too late
