They had $6.658m borrowings at fy21. $12.149m cash. That's about $5.5m net cash.
In fy22 they had $12.329m and no borrowings.
Nothing related to the dividend, it was all paid by the end of fy2021
At the AGM someone suggested that the cash could be used for a share buy back. The management believed in investing in developing the product instead, they hadn't thought about a buy back.
