As everyone would be aware CCC has a market cap undiluted of around $50m today prior to trading halt/voluntary suspension. Talk of 100,000pm in production would have to have a major impact on the share price considering the gross profit expected from sales. Even if the profit was $4 million per month or $48million pa that would equate to EPS of approx 4c per share. At 10 times earnings you would see a share price of 40c plus per share.
The company has announced a pending offtake and funding arrangement and at the AGM there was talk of a coal loan and no further dilution of capital. Sounds very positive for the company.
I am betting on a share price of plus 55c over the next 6 months base on further mines coming on line.
Do your own research.
