You have a fair point but you are assuming a rational market. One has to consider the possibility of cxy not being underpriced, but perhaps cnx being overpriced. I believe it is a combination of both, however I would personally lean towards cxy being underpriced. I would love to be of more help, but don't go looking for answers where they don't necessarily exist. The number or shares doesn't help either although this by no means alone explains the discrepancy. More shares just means it can be a tougher task to get anywhere in a hurry - we have all seen how it has traded in the last few months with a clear seller bogging down the price.

All the discrepancy means is that you have to be more patient. Men are sorted from the boys eventually.
