I've just said exactly that haven't I? That Qantas was a buy at $3.65. Congratulations on buying there too. Qantas was a great risk adjusted buy at $3.65 after the Insto' capital raise, but whilst the vast majority of retail investors didn't want to buy there, a truck load are now at the top of the cycle, mistakenly paying almost double that along with the company.

Clearly you misunderstand the markets or securities law that you mention ASIC, but you are of course gaslighting. Where did I ever mention cooking the books? Absolutely they are fiscally and fiduciarily negligent. Its alas not a securities crime and all too common practice....hence in part we have exaggerated booms and busts in the markets. Companies like Qantas selling stocks on the lows and buying them back only two years later on the highs two years later rather the illustrative point - I was hardly being subtle.
