Its all very grey with not too much detail. I tired to get some info back but didn't get much in response from Red Leaf.

Red Leaf purchasing the entire amount at an agreed price? Then trying to sell onto retailers? easy way to gain clients, although depending on the sale price & amount for sale they might have to fork out anywhere between $400-800k if its a one off transaction. All guess work currently.

What does this mean?

Red Leaf Securities has been mandated to facilitate this transaction and participate in accumulating more shares in SPX. This will be done via one transaction and the sales price will be determined once all of the shares under the facility are sold.
