Very unloved on both sides of the ditch. But yeah, seems to be well capitalised. Unless there's a major surprise it would seem they'll have little difficulty maintaining an 8% yield with potential for modest growth.
I suspect they'd be trading around 80c with potential to be taken out/over but NZ government wouldn't approve a takeover for competition reasons. So we may trade in this range for quite a while.
