Wow you're thick. You've just been schooled all over this thread and you keep coming back, it's embarrasing.
Anyway, I bought a small parcel today. A mate who actually lives in the area put me on to them. Apparently they have all of the tradies back on site finishing off the work they're doing although they can't get the heavy machinery up there due to road closures so some stuff has to be done by hand.
