I totally agreed with that, I'd say he knows what is in the horizon, great things when we have just seen massive CHN news today, hence he knows it's a great investment, is why he puts $360k in of his own money !
Brilliant move and now a very larger holder he will work very hard and diligent pricing and proving all things up !
This is one lot of news we have all been waiting for, now expect a flurry of good news ahead , and imho this should be the start of the major leg up !
