All good to say that AP but look at the chart, yes it was only just above cash backing but that is they way it went this year, as they spent the money the SP fell, never a scap for EV, most days you could put a parcel up for sale just above cash backing and nobody wanted them, it was that bad, i was assuring people on here that it was at cash backing at 12 cents right down to 7, it just never had a pulse till today.
