You are comparing Lamborghinis with rusted out clappers, to date all of the drilling out of CHK appears to be dusters hence the price!
That is what JV partners would be looking at imho, and that is why they have not come anywhere near us CHK !
Now the CR, if there was any sniff of good news the management would wait, but no, they issue shares at 0.006 plus free options !
There is i.ho no other way to look at it, is there
Sadly I think we will see all time lows of 0.003 hit soon enough
