thorburn please go back to FMS ASX announcments 21st Dec 2009 and have a quick read and it will help you understand what the board of FMS is trying to do.
You are correct on one point. $1.5 million does go out but we (shareholders of FMS) do not get $10m. That money is Flinder Exploration money which will pay David Tucker's wages plus all the board and any other hanger-ons that they accumulate.
The 20c a share is expensive if you compare it to FMS at 13.5 or there about as of this morning.
