The inability to respond to a reasonable line of questioning by a shareholder is indicative of what's really going on. All Simon has to do is acknowledge the receipt and suggest the message will be passed along.
MP may have been handcuffed to some extent by a the Board (i.e. PR) however the breadth and width of his industry connections should have allowed him to shine and have alignment with their hiring expectations. This is IMO the most likely scenario....anything else would be very concerning.
My thesis has been creeping for the past 12-18months so I'll now need to reassess.
