Hi Carna. This is a snap of a Federated BIM Model of a hospital. The videos are made from the model in other software either Infraworks or 3DS Max from the BIM Model



Each design discipline models components separately and has them coordinated in real world coordinates that have been provided by a surveyor.
Benefits of this is each design discipline that used to work in a silo can now have every other discpilines models referenced into their projects.

Clash detection:


Material take-offs etc can all be done from these models.

So I guess while the video may be seen as investor fluff. The model is actually is used for design optimisation , construction and costing.
