Ecopro, or whoever the large seller may be might well be trying to attract the attention of the buyer offering 11.5c, the parcels roughly match in size. They probably left it too late in the yearly cycle to have reasonable expectations of being met halfway however. It's a buyers market, created by Ecopro's previously advertised intentions illustrated by it's selldowns
