I kinda see it as Honeywell closely guarding the IP... after all they are a competitive business and wouldn't want the true value or usage of Stealth ASV to be known, if indeed it has as much promise as we are hoping. If anything it would be in their interests to keep the value of SOR down, as they could just decide to buy Stealth. It's the SOR directors who are failing miserably in their obligations right now.
