look, it's not uncommon to establish owners team prior to execution, usually to wrap up definition phase and provide smoothish transition to execution and set up epc/m contracts/work packages. The issue we have though is we really have no idea where we are at, assuming we have been working on this the last 5yrs you would have to say we are near the pin....maybe...shortly we will find out...or not. I have 0% optimism we are close to anything other than an increasing team/run cost. What is the COO doing, and the PM for Kwinana, and who can forget condidi..... just tell us what they are doing?
