"Fresh" / "new" options are not available, only the pre-existing (created/issued by ARU in late August) 78,389,607 options were issued (1 option for each 2 new shares in the August 0.265 placement). See SH notice 29/08/2022 "Application for quotation of securities".
These are all under the ticker code ARUO but are being very tightly held by those who were involved in the placement, they SHOULD also be handled via the Share Registry Link Market Services. IF someone buys them on-market at prevailing prices, Link SHOULD send the buyer an Options Exercise Form sometime within that first 7-10 business days, and quite possibly available on-line with LMS (just like looking at your portfolio of shares that have LMS as their Share Registry).
Any howse... I know some ppl will want to trade them....my feel (and intention) is to hold them to Feb 2024 and exercise them prior to expiry 29/02/2024 and provide ARU with the funds they need at that time. Hopefully all holders (at that time) will do same, and ARU end up with $26,652,466 Capital Raise.
