Yep that's about right, but another anology would be the tail trying to wag the dog in this case CUE holding 15% trying to wag the other 85%.
However the tail probably thinks the PF isn't going to just walk away. There aren't a dozen other 12tcf gas fields that they can just go hop on tomorrow. In addition to that there are other potential big names who would gladly step in if PF pulls out and maybe those might give the tail a better deal or tie in with the tail's plans in a better way.
MEO and PF may of course just say we will proceed anyway with or without you onboard for the processing plant down the track.
