You mean like when they resurface a road and then a month later the utilities people dig up a 600mm wide, whole length of road to lay some pipes instead of asking beforehand if anyone had any work to do.
I mean it’s not rocket science, it’s called communication and planning.
inefficient use of taxpayers funds.
