The minimum terms sought by MEO can be seen on P4 of MEO's Farm-in Opportunity Brochure here.

Cue and Mog are free carried for Artemis #1 but will be required to contribute %ge wise to further wells.

MEO will look to be free carried for the first well and at least two further wells.

They are will also be looking for a rebate of ~$10m seismic costs and other possible sweetners.
