I'm a bit confused about the narrative around the ponds...
The whole southern end hasn't been commenced but we're claiming the bulk earthworks are 97% complete? Have we changed the design to not require the balance? Seems unlikely, and even if it was the case, just update the project overview map... not very transparent.
