Let me just say I’m a more than…can’t see it here….livid shareholder!
MF has really run what was a great idea and company nearly into the ground. He really is a disgrace in terms of being a leader and would make any Disallowed salesman proud!!
@EMLXX the financials were an ugly read and I’ve been pretty sure what has been published has been borderline to be generous in terms of giving a true and fair view of the state of the company. I’m no longer prepared to give the benefit of the doubt with all we know and state outright these have been deliberately and knowingly not prepared faithfully or appropriately.
MF and the enablers are a perfect case study in value destruction. Funnily enough we’d probably have been in a much stronger financial position without the largesse of the prior rounds of debt and equity funding. I didn’t like it to begin with based on the amounts involved and not a lot of confidence in the mgmt at the time to invest & spend wisely.
I stayed heavy on this by following my heart when my head was telling me it was time to say goodbye…I should know that lesson well enough already!
Turns out MF and co have been far more frivolous than I could have imagined….treating other peoples money like a slush fund, and outright trying to hide behind other stories, sell it in a positive way. Financials & numbers have a funny way of bringing out the truth in one way or another…eventually. Only problem is it usually comes after the fact.
if there has been any evidence of untoward behaviour, I’d like this called out for all to see and action taken as necessary.
I still have a small sliver of hope in SPA, even if it’s diminishing. I have such a low bar of expectation now and the value already lost makes me think what’s another small loss on top of this.
would I take up the entitlement…good question. I think I’d be more likely at this stage to take some more direct action!
