It really doesn't matter what he said and she said, what matters he has converted.
Which also means there are now more shares available for sale - at a discount!
If he converted at 3cents and the shares are trading at 4, he is up 33%
What is a FACT is, he may sell, there is nothing factually incorrect about that statement so you don't need to argue against it, just accept that it is fact and not rubbish.
