43,8 million incentive shares for employees, that's worth almost 10 Am$ at current SP.

That would have been a lot for maybe 10 persons. And the majority of shares would certainly have gone to the board members. Shareholders have been more than generous in the past, e.g. some million performance shares for the ridiculous lowball Farm-in offer from Cluff. They'll continue to be generous in the future if they are treated fairly in turn.
I'm sure this time Scott got the message.
