A lot of very careful wordsmithing. “Bulk earthworks “ & “ dry commissioning of pumps” both indications of delays; it is more about what they didn’t say! Pond filling? Causeway construction?
Still making good progress but it is a case of what are the critical path items which will delay them further. Approvals & funding! Really need to get the remaining approvals to allow water to be pumped into the initial ponds and to start causeway!
